The original 12 cards feature some of the genetic variability within the species Python regius, and additional releases in the same series will continue to explore this herpetological Mendelian experiment. For many years herpetoculturists have been experimenting with reptilian genetics through captive breeding. No other species better displays what herpetoculturists have learned and accomplished through their efforts. This special series features many breathtakingly beautiful ball python color and pattern variants.

Along with providing our usual sharp and high contrast photography, this series features a new printing process that gives the cards a three dimensional effect and literally makes them shimmer in your hand. You really must hold these cards in hand to get the full impact. The card backs are once again packed with valuable information and there is a 'Genetics' section explaining what genes went into making the morph, and how they are expressed.

Card Numbers: The initial sub set release in this series features 12 morphs. This will be followed by additional 12 card releases numbering 13-24, 25-36, etc.
